Ballot Hacking Courts


As the new year approaches with a heavy political schedule, Colorado's Supreme Court decided that we shouldn't be allowed to vote for Donald Trump. You see, they're convicted him of insurrection, doncha know!
We brought in a constitutional scholar and former presidential elector to explain how badly the folks in black robes screwed up.
Eddie and Dave will be back after the holidays, but we had to file this episode before we drank another egg nog.
